Former Savoy Hotel pastry chef Tim Schilling is the creative hands behind Schillicious, a contemporary cake studio based in Edinburgh, Scotland specialising in contemporary abstract wedding cakes.

With his first-rate pastry chef experience, Tim fuses his pâtisserie know-how with his artistic flair to create wedding cakes that not only look like works of art but taste like one, too. Every Schillicious cake uses the finest ingredients such as locally-sourced Scottish dairy for its creaminess, Clarence Court eggs for their richness, and Callebaut chocolate and Ponthier fruit purees to make their luscious chocolate ganache fillings.
