Hey hey, I’m Nigel and I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer. I’m based in Northumberland but shoot all over the UK, Europe and worldwide, and was named as one of Rangefinder’s 30 Rising Stars in 2016, which was really ace.
I struggle with articulating my style or USP but feedback from my couples and peers continually surround my use of light, my edit, how emotive my work is and how stealth and unobtrusive I am on the day but equally how at ease my couples, their families and guests feel with me, which is vitally important.
Prior to shooting weddings I founded an online fashion brand so this has definitely influenced my tastes, vision and aesthetic, hopefully a healthy mix of modernity and timelessness, clean and atmosphere is evident through my work.
I’m in love with Ruth and a dad to two young humans which we named Elke and Moss.
