This wedding shot by the curries ticks ALL the boxes. It was an explosion of colour and a riot of laughter, celebrating sweet love in abundance. It was, in essence, a massive weddy knees-up by the sea, and we adored being a part of it!
Ruth and David’s wedding focused on what really mattered: family and friends, which is why they dragged them all up to the gorgeous rugged landscape of Scotland’s west coast to have the best time of their lives. With them came a whole load of style, sass and colour, alongside a hella lot of great music, great food, great wine – and even better dancing.
Shooting at those open white gallery walls of the venue, Crear, is an absolute treat. Especially when the motherland throws the most insane lighting and weather your way, creating the most intense and incredible photos to round off your day with ever!
Ruth and her bridesbabes were visions of badass bohemian beauty in silk dresses, with her ‘maids wearing various sweet hues of peach and salmon, and Ruth styling her dress out with a floral embroidered shawl to clamber over the rocks in. For said clambering, they all wore trainers.
The floral arrangements were an explosion of vivid, warm tones, big-headed blooms and gorgeous texture, and would only have been able to be made possible by our babe Pyrus. Also – check Ruth’s floral headgear out for her evening look (and it was a LOOK.) This carried on into Crear, with flowers strewn all over the tables and giant multi-coloured paper lanterns strung from the ceiling, alongside garlands of fairy lights over the heads of the feasting tables.
Major love to Big Bear Bakery for the amazing sweet table, too! Big bundles of buttercream love in gorgeous minimalist designs were the perfect treat to fuel more dancing and festivity.
